Visitor Registration & Badges

Yes. Admission to InfoComm Asia 2026 is free for all industry professionals. Fees may apply for certain special events. Full details are available on the registration page.

Register online in advance at infocomm-asia.tecogis.com/visitor/login. Once you complete registration successfully, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code. You will need this QR code to collect your printed badge on show day. 

Pre-registering is strongly recommended to avoid queues at the badge collection counters on arrival. 

Bring your QR code to any badge collection counter at QSNCC from 9:30 AM on your day of attendance. You have two options: 

  • Show the QR code on your phone — the counter staff will scan it and print your badge on the spot. 

  • Print the QR code from your confirmation email — present the printout to collect your badge. 

Your printed badge is required for entry to the exhibition floor and all show programmes on all days. 

Badge collection hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (15–16 July) and 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (17 July)

Yes. Colleagues are welcome to attend InfoComm Asia 2026 regardless of their job function. 

Everyone must register individually to obtain their own badge. Register at infocomm-asia.tecogis.com/visitor/login

The Invited Guest Program (IGP) is a curated, hosted programme connecting high-volume buyers, senior project specifiers, and enterprise decision-makers from across APAC — including Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia — with exhibitors. IGP participants have confirmed near-term project needs and ready budgets.

Travel, Venue & Visa

Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) — Recommended. This is Bangkok's main international airport, located approximately 25 km east of the city. It serves the majority of international long-haul and regional flights and is the most convenient arrival point for InfoComm Asia. 

Don Mueang Airport (DMK). Bangkok's secondary airport, primarily serving low-cost carriers and short-haul intra-Asia routes. If you are flying on a budget airline, you may arrive here instead. 

From Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) — Recommended route: 

  • Take the Airport Rail Link from Suvarnabhumi Station to Makkasan Station 

  • Transfer to the MRT Blue Line at Phetchaburi Station 

  • Alight at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center MRT StationExit 3 for direct access to the venue 

Estimated journey time: approximately 40–50 minutes. MRT fare: approximately 25–45 Baht. All MRT signage is in both Thai and English. Buy a single-journey token at any station ticket machine. 

From Don Mueang Airport (DMK): 

  • Take a taxi or Grab to the nearest MRT station, then follow the MRT Blue Line to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Station, Exit 3 

Estimated taxi cost from Don Mueang to QSNCC: approximately 250–400 Baht (plus expressway toll). Journey time: 45–60 minutes depending on traffic. 

By BTS Skytrain: Take the BTS to Asok Station → transfer to MRT at Sukhumvit Station → one stop to Queen Sirikit National Convention Center Station, Exit 3

By Taxi or Grab: Show the driver this address: ศูนย์ประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), 60 Ratchadaphisek Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110. Estimated taxi fare from central Bangkok: 80–150 Baht.

Yes. QSNCC provides indoor parking at Levels B1 and B2 (including accessible, priority, EV charging, and lady parking bays) and Level LM (yellow zone, rows E/H/J/K) for motorcycles. Operating hours: 05:00–24:00. Parking validation available 07:00–21:00 at any information counter. Direct elevator access to all event halls. 

QSNCC has curated a list of nearby hotels at qsncc.com/en/visit/experience. Staying near the MRT Blue Line is the most convenient option for getting to the venue. Hotels in the Sukhumvit or Asok area are well-located with frequent MRT access. 

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Check the full list of visa-exempt countries → 

If you are not visa-exempt, you can apply for a Tourist Visa at your nearest Thai Embassy, or check if you are eligible for a Visa on Arrival. Processing times vary by country — check well in advance of your travel date. 

If you need an official Invitation Letter from the organiser to support your visa application, you can request one at infocomm-asia.com/visa-application →. Please register as a visitor first before submitting your request. 

From 1 May 2025, all travellers entering Thailand must complete an E-Arrival Card online before arrival — regardless of nationality. This is a government digital entry declaration, similar to a customs form. 

Complete it at tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card. It is free and takes only a few minutes. It is best completed 24–72 hours before your flight. You will receive a QR code upon completion — save it to your phone or print it, as immigration officers may check it on arrival. 

Weather: Bangkok in July is hot and humid (30–35°C / 86–95°F) with occasional afternoon rain showers. The QSNCC is fully air-conditioned — bring a light jacket or layer for comfort inside the venue. 

Dress code: Business casual is standard at InfoComm Asia. There is no formal dress code. 

Currency: Thai Baht (THB). Major credit cards are accepted at hotels and larger restaurants; cash is preferred at smaller businesses, street stalls, and by taxi drivers. ATMs are widely available throughout Bangkok. 

Language: Thai is the official language. English is widely understood in the main city, tourist areas, and at QSNCC. 

Time zone: UTC+7 (Indochina Time — ICT). No daylight saving.

The InfoComm Asia Summit is the event’s high-level conference, running across all three show days (15–17 July 2026).
