YL Pang is the Senior Director, Asia Pacific at AVIXA, based in Singapore. With more than 20 years of experience across the audiovisual, unified communications, and telecommunications industries, he is passionate about driving innovation in audiovisual experiences, intelligent collaboration spaces, and emerging technologies.

Throughout his career, Pang has worked closely with industry stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region to advance technology adoption, professional development, and industry growth. He is particularly interested in how advancements in AI, intelligent systems, and connected technologies are transforming the way people communicate, collaborate, and engage with spaces. Outside of work, Pang is a dedicated foodie and traveler who enjoys discovering hidden culinary gems and immersive cultural experiences. Photography is one of his creative passions, and he especially enjoys capturing the character of a place through the lens of his smartphone.
