She presents at major industry events like Microsoft TechEd and IBM Think, advocating workforce experience and hybrid workplace transformation. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from the University of Newcastle and is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) Voice.
