Steve Medeiros is the Global CEO and member of the Board of Directors of VEGA, bringing over 30 years of executive experience across Asia Pacific and North America. He has a proven track record of building world-class teams and driving scalable growth.

Before joining VEGA in 2023, Steve held several executive positions in hardware, software, and services companies such as Oracle, SAP, and NTT. His expertise in the software-as-a-service sector has been instrumental in VEGA’s transition to an OPEX business model, enhancing profitability and transparency.

In addition to his role at VEGA, Steve is the Chairman of the Valley Fort Rugby and Football Club, Hong Kong’s most successful youth rugby club, boasting over 1,200 members in the community. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong since 2007. In his spare time, Steve enjoys swimming, hiking, and traveling with his wife and four adult children.
