Shaun Liew is the Head of Customer Experience and Commercial and Head of Rail Operations and Support at SBS Transit.
In making every journey a delight for SBS Transit commuters, he pursues excellence in Safety, Security, Training, Customer Experience, Operations Support and Innovation through strong focus on customer care, inclusivity and accessibility, community engagement, high standards in crew training, team work, operational methodologies and innovation.
In his concurrent role as the Head of Customer experience and Commercial, he is responsible for driving both community and commercial outcomes through customer experience (CX) policies, initiatives, partnerships and commercial strategies.
His previous roles include the Head and Deputy Head of Customer Experience and Operations for North East Line and Sengkang-Punggol Light Rail Transit.
Shaun has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, supply chain operations and strategic planning to develop responsive, customized and cost effective solutions to meet dynamic customer operations. He is passionate about innovation, and firmly believes innovation drives growth in business and organization performance by adopting a balanced approach in Technology, Business Model and People, enabled by a collaborative ecosystem of like-minded partners.
As part of his roles in SBS Transit, he is focused on developing an ecosystem approach towards innovation in Safety, Security, Training, Customer Experience and Operations, and is a strong proponent of adopting a community-driven approach towards creating a more inclusive society and accessible city.
