Scott is the AV Manager at Swinburne University of Technology, where he has led AV infrastructure, learning and meeting spaces, technical support, and event services for the past seven years. Prior to this, he spent more than 25 years at Monash University across television, audiovisual, and IT roles.

With extensive experience in higher education technology, Scott focuses on standardizing AV solutions, streamlining deployment processes, and enhancing operational efficiency. He is also President of the Association of Audiovisual & Educational Technology Management (AETM), where he has served as an Executive Officer for over a decade.

A strong advocate for the Australian AV industry, Scott supports workforce development initiatives and contributes as a judge for the Australian Audiovisual Industry Awards (AVIAs). He is also an active supporter of industry programs led by Integrate and AVIXA.
