Throughout her career, Priscilla has worked closely with teams across the business, allowing her to develop a practical and holistic understanding of operations, people management, and stakeholder needs. In her current role, she supports senior leadership on people strategy, governance, compliance, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring clarity, structure, and accountability across the organization and regions.
