Maureen Aw brings over 15 years of experience in AV and technology, built through a career shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to deliver meaningful solutions for complex developments. Currently a Senior Audio-Visual Manager at Marina Bay Sands, she brings a unique perspective from having worked on both the consultancy and end-user sides of the industry. A passionate advocate for women in tech, she actively promotes gender equity in the technology field and champions initiatives to help young women find their voices in a male dominated industry. Maureen was also named InAVate APAC Consultant of the Year in 2022.
