Kenny Tay is Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore A.I. Association (SAIA), where he leads the Association’s strategic direction, industry and government engagement, corporate programmes, and operations. He has played a key role in advancing AI adoption, industry collaboration, and policy advocacy across Singapore.

Kenny is also the Founder of AI49 International Group, a company specializing in Generative AI, AI Agent solutions, job redesign consultancy, and AI skills training. Through his work, he helps organizations leverage AI technologies and accelerate digital transformation.

Since 2007, Kenny has been mentoring and consulting businesses across a range of industries. In recent years, he has supported companies through Singapore’s Mentorship Support Grant (MSG), guiding organizations in their digital transformation and AI adoption journeys.
