Ken Soh
CIO, BH Global Corporation Ltd | CEO, Athena Dynamics Pte Ltd | Chair, SGTech Cyber Security Chapter

Ken Soh is the Group CIO of SGX listed BH Global (BHG) Group and founding CEO of Athena Dynamics (ADPL) since 2014. With over 30 years of ICT industry experience, Ken has held C-level roles in public and private sectors, driving ICT Master Planning and P&L responsibilities.

At BHG, Ken led group-wide digital transformation initiatives. He also transitioned the Group IT department into Athena Dynamics, a subsidiary specializing in applied disruptive innovations in cybersecurity, now serving over 300 government agencies and enterprises across sectors such as Defense, Maritime, and Critical Info-Infrastructures (CII).

Ken’s leadership has earned him numerous accolades, including the CIO100 Award 2023, AiSP Cyber Security Leaders Award 2023, ASEAN CIO awards (2019–2022) etc.

Ken holds a MSc in Computer Studies (AI) and an Executive MBA from NTU in partnership with UC Berkeley.
