John Paul Tan has spent over 16 years with the Electronics & Engineering (E&E) Group of Companies, building extensive expertise in professional AV systems integration and immersive technology. He has led the delivery of numerous large-scale, technically complex projects, recognized for his leadership and technical excellence. Most recently, as Project Director for Mandai Exploria, one of Singapore's most ambitious immersive attractions, he oversaw the end-to-end delivery of integrated projection, audio, lighting, media servers, show control, and interactive systems. John specializes in leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with designers, consultants, content creators, technology partners, and operators to deliver reliable, scalable, and engaging experiences. His expertise spans concept development, system design, installation, commissioning, and long-term operations, with a strong focus on innovation, storytelling, and operational excellence.
