Jasmine Pham is the SEA Manager at Fonestar, a Spanish audio brand with over 80 years of history. With more than 10 years of experience in the AV industry, she has worked on both the distributor and manufacturer sides, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the market.

Since joining the company’s Southeast Asian expansion, which started from scratch, she has worked to establish trusted partnerships in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore, and is now expanding into Bangladesh and Nepal.

Passionate about long-term collaboration, Jasmine believes trust-based partnerships create sustainable growth. As a woman in the professional audio industry, she believes that sharing knowledge, building trust, and supporting one another are essential to helping more women grow and thrive in AV
