Assistant Professor Chaiy Rungsiyakull, Ph.D., is the Director of the Smart Campus Management Centre at Chiang Mai University. His research interests are diverse, encompassing smart city platforms, IoT platforms, data analysis, physical structure of biomaterials and finite element analysis, dental biomechanics and biomaterials, and topology optimization.
Dr. Rungsiyakull holds a Ph.D. from the School of Aerospace, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering at the University of Sydney, Australia. He also has a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Agricultural Machinery Engineering, respectively, both from Chiang Mai University, Thailand.
