1. Is InfoComm Asia 2008 a trade show?
Yes, InfoComm Asia 2008 is a business related trade show. It is not open to the general public. No students are allowed except by prior agreement with the organizer.
2. Do I have to pay to attend the Exhibition?
Admission to the Exhibition is free, but registration is required.

3. Is there an age limit and what other restrictions are there?
No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the exhibition halls
and conference rooms. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Photography and video recording without prior approval by the organizer are not allowed.
4. How can I register as a visitor to the Exhibition?
This can be done online by clicking the "Registration" button and then completing the registration form.
5. How will I be admitted to the Exhibition?
In order to avoid long queues on-site, please pre-register on-line. You will receive a confirmation letter after the pre-registration; simply present the letter to the pre-registration counter at the fairground to collect your admission badge.
6. What happens if I want to bring a colleague who has not registered and doesn't have a ticket?
Visitors who are unable to register in advance can register on-site during the show days. Please click here for the registration hours.
7. Is my admission badge valid for all three days?
Yes, but make sure you keep your visitor badge with you for re-admission.
8. How can I plan my visit to InfoComm Asia 2008?
There are several ways you can plan your visit. We will issue a show preview that will give you details of the exhibits as well as an exhibitor list and the floor plan by the end of August, enabling you to pinpoint whom you want to see and where they are. Or, you can do so before the show using the floor plan which you can download from this site. If you would like to make appointments with individual exhibitors before the event, please send an email to

9. How can I find information on Exhibitors?
Just use the exhibitor list to view current exhibiting companies, and use the show floor plan to find out where they are located. A Show Directory containing exhibitors' contact and exhibit details will be distributed for free to registered visitors during the Show.
