29 November 2010 Keen Interest from Visitors at InfoComm Asia 2010
A total of 6,732 AV professionals and end-users attended InfoComm Asia 2010, the Trade Show and Summit for pro audio visual and systems integration, during its three-day run in Hong Kong which ended last week. Although this represented a slight 4% dip from its last presentation in 2008, exhibitors however noted the higher quality of visitors that attended the show. In their initial feedback, the exhibitors reported that the visitors they met at their booths displayed a keen interest in AV technologies, and were very focused in their search for information and suppliers.

17 November 2010 InfoComm Asia 2010 opens today
Thousands of AV practitioners are expected to attend the three-day event

The Pan Asian Trade Exhibition and Summit for pro AudioVisual and Information Communication technologies – opens today. The Opening Ceremony is officiated by Ms Rosanna Law, Acting Commissioner for Tourism, Tourism Commission, Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, the Government of HKSAR. The three-day event, from 17-19 November, is held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

This is the general consensus among a group of pro AV manufacturers and suppliers who participated in the InfoComm India 2010 Roadshow circuit of three Indian cities last week. The Roadshow, which ended its one-week run in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore on 20 January, drew a total of 821 visitors.
