As part of InfoCommAsia's continuing effort to bring AV technology to Asia, a series of Road Shows in major Asian cities will be organized. Comprising one-day programs of targeted meetings with trade distributors and end-user buyers, the Road Shows will allow exhibitors to penetrate or expand their market reach into specific geographical markets across Asia.

Road Show Calendar 2007/2008:
China (7-11 April 2008)

The China Road Show brings AV manufacturers and vendors to bustling Guangzhou – centre of the Pearl River delta manufacturing hotbed and trading hub to Shenzhen and Dongguan – and also to two of China’s fastest growing second-tier cities – Dalian and Chengdu.  The one-day event at each city will comprise an exhibition and manufacturers’ presentations in a hotel venue right in the heart of the city.  Through a carefully targeted direct marketing campaign, technology managers and senior officers from vertical end-user market sectors as well as trade and channel distributors will be specially invited to attend the event.

Exhibitors at this first InfoComm Asia Road Show held in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, India, gave organizers the “thumbs up” after a hectic back-to-back schedule on the three-city circuit.  They went home with a solid list of more than 500 qualified business contacts and agreed that the Road Show was an effective way to get to know the market and connect with end-user enterprises and channel distributors.  For a full post-show report, click here.
